Consumer rights
SoonCase follows Taiwan's Consumer Protection Act and related rules. Here is what you should know before and after you subscribe: who provides the service, what you get, how to cancel and get a refund, and who to contact.
SoonCase is currently available in Traditional Chinese only. This page is a translation; if it differs from the Traditional Chinese version, the Chinese version applies.
1. Who we are

2. What you get
SoonCase is online project management software for agencies and freelancers (software as a service, used in the browser, nothing to install, no physical goods): projects, tasks, retainer hours and person-days, quotes and client sign-off, billing, and a client portal where your clients follow progress and sign off online. Seats, projects, storage and features for each plan are as listed under Pricing and on the Plan & usage page in the app at the time.
3. Prices and payment
- Free trial: new organizations get a 14-day free trial, no credit card needed. If you don't subscribe, the organization moves to the Free plan and your data is kept
- Prices: as listed on the website and the Plan & usage page; the amount you'll pay is shown before you pay. Promotional prices only apply during the announced period
- Payment: credit card, processed by NewebPay. We never receive or store your full card number
- Invoices: we are not issuing invoices (Taiwan uniform invoices) for now; we will announce it and update this page when we start
- Billing period: paid plans are monthly or yearly and renew automatically, charged to the card on file. You can stop auto-renewal any time
- Price changes: announced by email or in-app notice at least 30 days before they take effect; the period you already paid for is not affected
4. 7-day full refund and cancellation
Under Article 19 of Taiwan's Consumer Protection Act, services bought online can be cancelled within 7 days. For your first paid SoonCase subscription, you can ask for a full refund within 7 days of the payment going through, with no reason needed. After that you can stop auto-renewal any time and won't be charged again. How to ask, how long refunds take and other refund cases: see Cancellation and refund policy.
5. Personal data
We collect, process and use personal data under Taiwan's Personal Data Protection Act. We don't sell data or use ad tracking. What we collect, which providers process it, where it's stored and your rights are in the Privacy policy (Chinese).
6. Terms of service
By signing up, or creating or joining an organization, you agree to the Terms of service (Chinese): accounts and organizations, free trial and Free plan, plans and payment, stopping renewal and refunds, data ownership, acceptable use and liability. We give at least 30 days' notice before changes that significantly affect your rights.
7. Support and complaints
- For questions, billing, refunds or complaints about the service, email support@sooncase.com (billing and refunds can also go to billing@sooncase.com). We reply within 3 business days
